HAPPY 65TH BIRTHDAY TO MY BEST FRIEND, DAN THE MAN!!

Funky friends - December 2nd is a very special day in my books - it's my best friend and father's birthday. 2014 marks a very special year for Dan the Man - the big 6-5! For those of you who have had the pleasure of meeting DT, I think you would agree with me in saying he doesn't look a day over 30. He's an avid ultimate frisbee player and lover of all things fun in life. He's the best concert companion a girl could ask for and he's the best travel buddy I know.

    Hey Nora,
    You have made all us 60+ fathers a bit jealous with your kind words and quirky music. However, as a life long fan of "the man," I know that your sentiments are well deserved. And, as a life long fan of Hendrix (including Woodstock), I was having flashbacks that included times shared in concerts with your dad and mom. Hope that the future brings us together again. As Dan would say, "you (meaning me) were 2 years older than me for a couple of days." Happy Birthday, Dantana!!
